SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our Standard production time is 3 weeks, this time can increase during peak seasons.
The order production time does not start until we have a paid invoice.
If you have requested a proof of your item this can increase the production time due to the time of revising any proofs and receiving final approval on your design.
Our standard shipping method is via USPS or FED EX to the Lower 48 only- **Excludes HI and AK at this time.
Shipping costs vary per order based on order size/amount. Please add items to your cart to view your actual shipping cost.
Once your item has finished with production it will be shipped as soon as possible. Most packages will arrive to their intended destination within 3-5 business days.
We are sometimes able to create items on a rushed timeline with an additional RUSH fee. Please contact us PRIOR to placing an order that needs to be rushed. Rush orders must be approved prior to the order being placed- notes requesting an item quicker does not create a rush order and will be processed as a standard order...according to our regular production schedule.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. We are not able to offer returns or refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. Please note the following information:
Please note water spots and natural patina blemishes may vary. These are not defects and are part of the beauty of raw metal, hence, no two pieces are exactly alike. Metal products will continue to rust and patina over time.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within three business days and we will gladly replace the item/s cost at our discretion. Please send a photo of your damaged product and the packaging the item was shipped in to info@LtDanMetalWorks.com.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of order to receive a full refund. Depending on where your order is in our production schedule there may be a cancellation fee. RUSH items and orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Information regarding monogram letter design-
*Please review the letter sample images if you are unsure how your monogram will appear. The font was not created by our company therefore we have no control over font designs.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and use a high quality material to create our products. We want you to be pleased with your products, which is why we provide a sample image of every letter.
We do not offer refunds because you do not “like” the appearance of your monogram letter once you receive your purchase. Any letters with defects or damage are gladly replaced.
